Orders and Payment

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise at checkout
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and digital wallets. Credit and debit card payments are not available at this time.
• Payment must be received before order processing (except for COD orders)
• For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery

3. Order Verification

We may contact you to verify order details, delivery address, or payment information before processing. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

Shipping and Delivery

• Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days for major cities and 4-7 business days for other areas
• Express delivery options are available for faster shipping (additional fees apply)
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or force majeure
• You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
• Someone must be available to receive the order. If delivery fails due to absence, additional delivery charges may apply
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• Inspect products upon delivery. Report any damage or discrepancies immediately to the courier and contact us within 24 hours

Returns and Refunds

1. Return Policy

• We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery
• Products must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards
• Products with broken seals, signs of use, or missing accessories cannot be returned
• Contact customer support within 7 days to initiate a return
• You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products with tampered or broken seals
• Software or digital products with activated licenses
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Customized or personalized items

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective products)
• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (you must provide bank details)

Product Warranties

• All products come with official manufacturer warranties

• Keep your purchase receipt and warranty card for warranty claims
• Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear
• We are not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms; claims are handled directly by manufacturers or authorized service centers

User-Generated Content and Reviews
